So, why do you still need a Realtor when buying property? Because your local Realtor will tell you which piece of information is valuable and which is incorrect or false and therefore has to be discarded. Because only your local Real Estate Professional knows the local market intimately and that means your Realtor knows which properties are outrageously overpriced, which homes are priced correctly at fair market value and which ones are a really good deal. As your buyer's agent your Realtor protects your interests during the negotiation process in ways that only years of experience can provide! Conclusion: if you want to save money hire a Realtor - call me! I almost exclusively work with buyers and I can show you every actively listed property in town no matter who (which agency) represents the seller (has the listing).

I was born and educated (business degree) in Hamburg , North Germany and have lived in the United States for over 25 years. First in California, then New Mexico, Colorado, New York’s Hudson Valley and for the last six years here in Asheville. Because of my work as a Realtor I know Asheville better than the city I was born in and I have come to love this beautiful place in the mountains. Having relocated repeatedly in the past I also thoroughly understand the challenges and joys of moving and finding that next “perfect” home.

I live in Kenilworth, right in the middle of Asheville, with my husband and our Great Pyrenees O'Melly.
