I offer the following service:

looking for (sq. footage, number of bed and bathrooms,
acreage, location, time and price range, primary
residence or investment property etc.)

I send you active listings
(or you can use our excellent
search tool) that meet
your criteria and we talk about and explore details

you visit Asheville and we view the
properties of your choice or I report to you in detail
what the property and it's location entail

you make your offer and after
you sign the contract, either long-distance using
electronic signature or while you
are still in town, I work with you via web based
communication and by
phone until all details (inspection, repair request,
survey, dates that have to be met because "time is of
the essence" etc.) are taken care of. When the day of closing
arrives everything will be ready for a last walk-through
and your final signatures. At this point, surely,
congratulations are in order!
I have done transactions like this many
