I entered the real estate business more than 10 years ago. How we

us which piece of Internet information is valuable and which is incorrect. Because
the local Realtor knows the local market intimately and that means

Realtor knows which properties are overpriced, which
homes are priced correctly at fair market value and which ones are a
really good deal. Because, as our buyer's agent, our local Realtor protects
us during the negotiation process and continuously

I was born and
educated (business degree) in Hamburg , North Germany
and have lived in the United States for over 25 years.
First in California, then New Mexico, Colorado, New
York’s Hudson Valley and for the last six years here in
Asheville. Because of my work as a Realtor I know Asheville
better than the city I was born in and I have come to
love this beautiful place in the mountains. Having
relocated repeatedly in the past I
also thoroughly understand the challenges and joys of
